We also provide WebIQ orientations. Our WebIQ training includes basic and advanced session leader workshops, in person or via teleconferencing. Our WebIQ Tele-Web Course, described below, allows participation from any location (be on the Web and a telephone line at the same time) and provides practical hands-on experience in how to design, lead and facilitate WebIQ collaborative sessions. The WebIQ Orientation is a prerequisite for the WebIQ Tele-Web Course.

WebIQ Orientation: (2-hours)

This interactive hands-on session

• Introduces you to the WebIQ tool set, web-based collaboration concepts, and the benefits of using WebIQ in your organizations
• And helps you identify applications and business processes conducive to the use of WebIQ sessions.

WebIQ Tele-Web Course:

Quick Start Facilitators Program (6 hours in 3 2-hour sessions)

Learn the basic WebIQ tools and techniques for brainstorming, prioritizing, and making decisions, and for facilitating and managing your WebIQ sessions. (The WebIQ orientation or experience with WebIQ is a pre-requisite for this course)

• Each 2-hour session utilizes WebIQ and a teleconference.
• There will be assignments between sessions.
• Individual/team coaching is available between sessions.

• Surveys and advanced result analysis: Design and use surveys, and thoroughly analyze evaluation results.
• Advanced decision-making: Design and use additional WebIQ tools and functions for more precise decision-making and analysis.
