Collaborative Decisions, Inc. is a woman-owned management consulting firm which provides technology-based facilitation services, management training and professional and personal coaching to people in Industry and Government.
Our consultants are accomplished management, business, and technical professionals who are experienced in computer-assisted meeting facilitation, as well as training, human resources, management, project leadership, team leadership and traditional facilitation. - Coaching: We offer professional and personal coaching to facilitate learning, growth and transformation for individuals and organizations. Trained in ontological coaching concepts, our coaches recognize and utilize the inherent capacity that human beings have for learning.
